By completing your purchase on our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including this Return and Refund Policy. This agreement obligates you to follow the guidelines outlined in this policy.

 

 

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To start a return, please contact us at grumateinquiries@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our team will respond to all refund or return requests within 1-3 business days.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. If you purchased Shipping Insurance, replacement or refund requests for items lost or damaged during transit will be processed without additional charges.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Hygienic products: Used or opened items, such as electric shavers, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Exclusive Bundles (Seasonal Bundles): These are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are customized, seasonal items.
  • Sale items and gift cards: Items purchased on sale or as gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials: This includes food, flammable liquids, and other similar items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Return the item you have in line with our return policy.
  2. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

1-Year Warranty (Optional)

For a fee of £6.99, you can purchase a 1-Year Warranty that covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Electrical malfunctions.
  • Mechanical failures (e.g., motor or blade issues).

Terms:

  • The warranty applies to unused, unopened items or opened items with manufacturing defects only.
  • Opened items will only be eligible for repair or replacement of defective parts, or replacement with a factory-refurbished product.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear (e.g., dull blades).

 

 

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

For a fee of £3.99, Shipping Insurance guarantees:

  • Replacement or refund for items lost or damaged during transit.

If Shipping Insurance is not purchased, we cannot be held responsible for transit-related issues. Customers must address such claims with the shipping provider.

 

 

Refund Options

For eligible returns:

  1. Store Credit: Customers will receive store credit equal to the full price of the returned item, issued as a digital gift card.
  2. Partial Refund: Customers may choose a monetary refund of 20% of the total purchase price.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union:

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exceptions apply to hygienic items (e.g., electric shavers) and customized products (e.g., Exclusive Bundles).

 

 

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please ensure you carefully review sale items before completing your purchase.

 

 

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds for store credit (issued as a digital gift card) will be issued immediately.
  • Partial monetary refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
